University of Waterloo and Bodwell High School Launch a Partnership

Bodwell High School is proud to announce the launch of an exciting new relationship with one of the world’s leading universities, the University of Waterloo.

The University of Waterloo provides its students with a learning environment that integrates world-class research and teaching and with unsurpassed opportunities for career development. It is renowned world wide for its co-op education programs, which offers students across the full range of academic areas, from engineering to economics, psychology to physics, business to biology (88 programs in total) the opportunity to complement what they learn in classrooms, laboratories and dorm rooms with paid work experiences at leading employers across Canada, and around the world. University of Waterloo graduates are well prepared to enter top graduate and professional schools, start careers at the world’s leading companies or launch their own enterprises.

    There’s only one tourism school in Canada that has the fuselage of a Boeing 737-500 jet inside its campus for training purposes. And it happens to be the country’s oldest: Canadian Tourism College.

    Canadian Tourism College also offers diplomas in travel and tourism, as well as in hospitality and resort business management. These programs include one year of intensive study followed by one year of full-time work as a co-op student at Canadian pay levels.
