You will gain valuable experience and knowledge of studying medicine. 40 hours of inspirational and practical learning combined with stimulating trips and activities. There will be guidance by experienced and real medical students in their second or third year of medical school. 

What is on offer?

We offer clinical workshops with doctor, consultants and specialists and biology and chemistry practicals including a heart dissection. Of course a First Aid course leading to a qualification as well as visits to a medical institutions such as hospitals, GPs and medical research facilities. You learn about medical ethics and clinical scenarios and how to develop a personal statement and interview practice. We will discuss  hot topics such as antibiotic resistance, ethics and the law, teach you the basics of anatomy, physiology and pathology of organ systems, and preparation for the Canadian pathway to medicine
